Jeff Seuferling has always been a saver. He started work at an early age, saving money into the old-fashioned passbook savings account. His lifelong motivation to prepare for the future made it a natural transition into a career to help others save for financial independence. His practice, though, moves beyond simple saving and focuses on comprehensive, big-picture Life Planning.
After receiving his accounting degree from the University of Central Missouri, Jeff gained experience in real estate, investments, taxes and estate planning. Once he joined Trilogy Financial, he opened the firm’s first expansion branch in Corona, CA. Over the years, he has trained many successful Advisors from various backgrounds. Utilizing his personal experience and the firm’s intense, ongoing training program, Jeff is working to ensure that all of Trilogy Financial’s Advisors are providing their clients with consistent and client-centric service.
A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Jeff has over two decades of experience with Trilogy and in the financial industry. He is an Investment Advisor Representative with Trilogy Capital, Inc. in which he holds his Series 65 Registration. He holds his Series 6, 7, 24, 51 and 63 Registrations with LPL Financial and also holds a license for Life Insurance.
Preparation for retirement is extremely important, and it extends well beyond finances. That’s why you need to work on your retirement compatibility with your partner way before you stop working.
When selecting a Financial Advisor, it’s important to know they will be looking out for you and the money you worked hard for all your life. Not all financial advisors are the same. When considering a financial advisor to partner with, it’s important to know if they are fiduciaries, meaning they will be ethically obligated to work in your best interests to help you reach your goals.
In addition to awareness, you need action. You need focused, decisive and immediate action to see change and to get yourself back on the road to financial independence.
FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) is trending as a new financial lifestyle. FIRE promotes extreme savings in your 20s, 30s and 40s, with the goal of being able to live off passive income from the accumulated nest egg much earlier than typical retirement age.
Financial Life Planning is about actually starting — taking a few good steps in the right direction and then taking a few more.
