A Focus on Service.
The Trilogy Service Team was the vision of our co-founder, Kevin Mackintosh. Kevin designed and developed the Service Team based on what he learned over the years as an Eagle Scout and rowing crew member. From day one, he had a clear vision of what Trilogy could accomplish when we worked together and focused on service. In fact, he was an early and passionate adopter of our ONE TRILOGY culture – One Purpose. One Plan. One Experience.
Founded in 2021 after a difficult year, the Service Team has worked tirelessly together to provide a consistent level of service and to be a centralized spot for information and assistance. Basically, they are the Eagle Scouts of our firm, always willing to lend a helping hand.
Today, even in his absence, we honor his memory with the MACK Service Center and celebrate the legacy he left us - ONE TRILOGY, forever.
