Janeane Vena came to work as a Wealth Advisor after discovering her passion for the field. “I was a client of Trilogy, and after a few years of working with our Advisor, I knew that I wanted to help others as well. The education and guidance my husband and I received had a dramatic impact on us. I knew that I wanted to help others develop comprehensive financial plans and help them pursue their goals.”
As an Investment Advisor Representative, Janeane enjoys learning her client’s stories and personalizing a plan to fit their unique situation. The satisfaction of seeing her clients work on their goals, make small adjustments, re-evaluate goals and make great strides toward their objectives keeps Janeane excited and involved with her client’s journey.
Janeane is very involved with her church and as a youth leader provides guidance to high school students. She and her husband Mike are avid Dodger fans and have a goal to visit every baseball stadium in the major leagues. So far, they have visited stadiums in cities such as Boston, Seattle, Philadelphia and Phoenix.
Janeane holds the Series 65 registration with Trilogy Capital, Inc. and a California Life and Health Insurance License.
Preparation for retirement is extremely important, and it extends well beyond finances. That’s why you need to work on your retirement compatibility with your partner way before you stop working.
When selecting a Financial Advisor, it’s important to know they will be looking out for you and the money you worked hard for all your life. Not all financial advisors are the same. When considering a financial advisor to partner with, it’s important to know if they are fiduciaries, meaning they will be ethically obligated to work in your best interests to help you reach your goals.
In addition to awareness, you need action. You need focused, decisive and immediate action to see change and to get yourself back on the road to financial independence.
FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) is trending as a new financial lifestyle. FIRE promotes extreme savings in your 20s, 30s and 40s, with the goal of being able to live off passive income from the accumulated nest egg much earlier than typical retirement age.
Financial Life Planning is about actually starting — taking a few good steps in the right direction and then taking a few more.
