Having run a retail furniture business for 22 years in Pennsylvania and Ohio, Howard relates strongly to small business owners. This rapport led him to pursue a career in the financial services industry. While some financial advisors focus on selling products, Howard focuses on strategies, specifically customizing plans to suit his clients’ individual needs. He educates his clients to help lessen their worries and to help them make more informed financial decisions, by offering a professional, independent and objective viewpoint. Howard holds the Series 6, 7, 24, and 63 registrations with LPL Financial, the Series 65 registration with Trilogy Capital, Inc., along with the California Life, Health, Disability and Long Term Care licenses.
Howard lives in Carmel Valley. He has four children, Shanna, Stephen, David and Sarah, and one granddaughter. He is involved in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and has served on their Board of Directors. Howard has also served on the market committee and allocations committee of the San Diego United Jewish Foundation. He enjoys traveling, playing bridge and is very passionate about golf.
