Michael always prioritizes the well-being of his clients. A graduate of the University of Southern California, he majored in Business Administration with a Finance concentration and minored in Biotechnology. His interest in the pharmaceutical industry stemmed from his desire to help people, and this passion drives him as he aims to improve his clients’ “financial health.”
Michael’s meticulous approach to understanding people’s needs and goals is often what his clients appreciate most about working with him. He regularly leads workshops on specific financial issues, ranging from pre-marital couples learning to blend personal finances to graduating medical professionals preparing for substantial increases in compensation. Michael specializes in working with government employees (county, city, public school system, etc.), workers in the aerospace industry, as well as self-employed business owners.
Michael’s professional experience in accounting and finance includes working for the tax department of 20th Century Fox and the hedge fund services division of JP Morgan. He currently holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations with LPL Financial, the Series 65 registration with Trilogy Capital, Inc., and also holds a California Life and Long-Term Care Insurance License. He also passed the Registered Tax Return Preparer exam in 2012.
Preparation for retirement is extremely important, and it extends well beyond finances. That’s why you need to work on your retirement compatibility with your partner way before you stop working.
When selecting a Financial Advisor, it’s important to know they will be looking out for you and the money you worked hard for all your life. Not all financial advisors are the same. When considering a financial advisor to partner with, it’s important to know if they are fiduciaries, meaning they will be ethically obligated to work in your best interests to help you reach your goals.
