Get to Know Rhiannon

Rhiannon joined Trilogy in 2018 as the Executive Assistant to the President. At that time, she already had a professional relationship with the firm as she had worked with Trilogy’s previous broker-dealer, National Planning Corporation, ten years prior to that.

In her current and previous roles, Rhiannon has worn many hats, including event planning, project coordination and employee welfare initiatives. She also has her MFA in Creative Writing, which has contributed to her effectiveness in communication related projects such as the producing of Jeff Motske’s radio show and podcast.

The area that she is most concerned with in her current role is the firm’s culture. Rhiannon strongly believes in the words of Maya Angelou, "[P]eople will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” Consequently, she is a staunch advocate for creating a company culture that lifts up and motivates all Trilogy personnel. Not only does this benefit all Trilogy personnel, but it creates exceptional service and lasting relationships for Trilogy clients and partners.
