As Head of Operations at Trilogy Financial, Christi leads the MACK Service Center, overseeing a team of more than 30 people dedicated to supporting advisors and delivering an exceptional client experience. Since joining Trilogy in 2019, she has played a key role in building and expanding the MACK Service Center, helping develop the processes that allow advisors to better serve their clients and support the firm's continued growth.
With seven years of industry experience, Christi is known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to Trilogy's culture and values. She strives to bring those principles into her leadership of the MACK Service Center, fostering an environment where team members feel supported, empowered, and connected to a shared purpose. She believes strong teams are built on trust, teamwork, and genuine care for one another, and takes pride in helping her team grow and succeed together.
Outside of work, Christi enjoys spending time at the beach, baking, and getting lost in a good book. She has completed 11 half marathons and numerous 5K races, reflecting her determination both personally and professionally. She also loves visiting Disneyland and embracing a little magic whenever she can. Above all, Christi treasures time with her family and especially enjoys being a Nana.
