Toshia offers a wealth of knowledge serving as the Director of Human Resources (HR), with over 20 years of experience at Trilogy. In her role she oversees all aspects of HR and leads her team in supporting employees and contributing to the company's success.

In her previous roles as an office manager and in accounts payable, Toshia developed a strong belief in seizing opportunities for growth and self-improvement. Her time at Trilogy has been particularly formative, offering numerous chances to expand her skills and experience. It was here that she discovered her passion for HR.

When she is not at work, Toshia enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is also a fan of the outdoors and loves being in nature. She enjoys going on hikes, specifically in the Saddleback Mountain region. She is also an alumna of Vanguard University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies.
