A Culture of Support
When it comes to deciding where you want to build a career, culture is everything. Bosses come and go and compensation packages can change, but companies over and over again find it very hard to change their culture. That is why for so many of our employees at Trilogy the decision they made over 10 years ago to join our team has proven to be an unshakeable one. It is the relationships they’ve built here and the loyalty among the advisors that makes coming to work each day such a pleasure, now and into the future.
The culture of support presents itself in a variety of ways. For team members who join Trilogy with no industry experience, it begins day one as we work with you to study for and pass your license exams and prepare for the business of working with clients face-to-face. It continues as you build your career here. Facing a client situation you’ve never seen before? Just walk down the hall and pick one of the many open doors to provide you with advice. A client needs a specific product type that you don’t have a lot of experience with? Partner with one of our senior staff people who focuses in that area of financial planning. And the examples go on and on.
Our “Trilogy Orientation Program”—where all advisors start their careers—is not just a place to learn the basic skills for career development at Trilogy. It’s also a place to meeting a variety of our senior management team. Take time to ask questions of 10, 20 and 30 year veterans, hear stories of client relationships decades in the making. But more than just training we’ll also work with you during TOP to help you find your own path. Through a process that Trilogy calls WDYWFY (What Do You Want For Yourself), we help new advisors envision a career path that aligns with their goals and values.
Ongoing Mentorship and Career Development
