Born and raised on Long Island, Todd Gurvis was brought up to believe that doing well and doing good are not separate ideas, but in fact, inseparable. This belief has always guided his professional and personal actions; it is evident in his strong dedication to community, charity and family. As Vice President of Client Services, he provides Trilogy’s clients with sound strategies for wealth distribution, asset protection and income generation.
An alumnus of Brandeis University and Binghamton University (State University of New York), Todd spent over fourteen years in non-profit management, events planning and fundraising before making the move to financial services in 1995. Today, he continues to serve on the boards of several local and national agencies.
Todd's extensive background in charitable giving and finance provides him with a unique perspective on portfolio design, gift structuring and financial strategies for charitable agencies, their employees and their donors. As a senior executive who successfully maneuvered through a mid-life career change, he also has a clear understanding of the strategies and steps necessary to help effect a successful financial transition or early retirement.
His practice focuses on serving teachers and non-profit employees, developing early retirement strategies for mid-level executives and business owners, and financial preparation for domestic partnerships. Todd was a recipient of the West Hollywood Creative Business Award in both 2006 and 2007. He presently serves on the Boards of Directors of both the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the Binghamton University Alumni Association.
