Sean Kennedy, Managing Partner

Sean began his career in the financial industry in 1997 with Sun America Securities. It was there that he developed a basic understanding of the products and plans available to his clients. He transitioned his practice to National Planning Corp. (NPC) and Trilogy Financial Services, Inc. in 1999 where he was soon promoted to a Managing Partner position. As a Managing Partner Sean is able to use his coaching skills to help train new investment executives as well as his experiences with customers to continually help his existing clients.

Sean Kennedy was born and raised in Pasadena California. As a child he was always involved in various sporting activities, church groups, and extra curricular clubs. At an early age Sean displayed an interest in getting to know others, he was always a very outgoing child. He developed an interest in the financial industry early on; due in part to his father’s occupation of a stock broker with Merrill Lynch. Sean played both baseball and football his whole life and was honored with all league status as both a defensive and offensive player on his High School football team. Those activities helped shape Sean’s great team building skills. Sean attended the University of Redlands and received his bachelors of arts in Government in 1996. It is those Government courses that Sean first began to have a better understanding of leadership skills and how to lead in various types of organizations/governments.

Sean has been married to his wife Cabrina since 1999 and is the father of 3 wonderful children. Sean lives in Chino Hills, CA where he volunteers as a Softball and Soccer Coach. Sean is currently spending some of his extra time restoring a 1964 Buick Riviera which has proved to be more challenging than he initially anticipated.
