
An accomplished speaker, trainer and leader, Kevin Mackintosh has 20 years experience in the financial services industry. Along with his longtime business associate, Jeff Motske, he founded Trilogy Financial Services in 1999 on the idea that to be successful in today’s economic environment, clients need optimistic, unbiased, nonproprietary and independent financial advice.
Born and raised in Orange County, Kevin attended Fullerton College. After graduation, he transferred to California State University, Long Beach, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, with a minor in Small Business Administration. He entered the financial services industry shortly after graduating.
A Registered Principal and Investment Advisory Representative affiliated with National Planning Corporation, Kevin managed Trilogy’s first Regional Center in Culver City. In his current role as Executive Vice President, Kevin guides Representatives in the Torrance Regional Center as they assist clients with achieving their financial goals. He also continues to work with his own clients and on growing his knowledge of the financial services industry. His areas of interest are in the areas of wealth accumulations and tax control and distribution strategies. Trilogy recently received the West Hollywood Creative Business Award for Financial Services. The award recognizes the innovative solutions that Trilogy offers to the West Hollywood community.
Kevin has been securities licensed since 1988 and currently holds F.I.N.R.A. licenses 7, 24, 63 and 65. He also holds California Insurance Licenses for Life & Health, Annuity, and Long Term Care.
Kevin lives in Torrance with his wife, Dayna and their three children Markus, Kameryn and Jason. He enjoys public speaking, as well as traveling, camping, cycling, swimming and a wide variety of outdoor activities and family time. Kevin has been active in the scouting movement for over 30 years, receiving his Eagle Scout Award in 1981. A Cub Scout leader since 2003, he has also served as a coach on many of his children’s sport teams.
